The Perfect Patio Addition: The Contempo Patio Roof

Sergio Mota • August 17, 2023
Having a beautiful patio in your home is a dream come true for many homeowners. It's an excellent place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the beauty of nature. However, if the weather conditions are harsh, it can become impossible to enjoy your patio. This is where the Contempo Patio Roof comes in. It is the perfect solution for homeowners who desire the perfect balance between style and functionality. In this blog post, we'll explore the Contempo Patio Roof, its features, and why it's the ideal patio roof for homeowners.

Strength, durability, style, and affordability are all factors that you look for when choosing a patio roof, and the Contempo Patio Roof checks all the right boxes. It is designed to be tough enough to withstand high winds and heavy snow loads, making it ideal for different weather conditions. The Contempo Patio Roof is also perfect for homeowners on a budget who desire an elegant and stylish patio without spending a fortune. This patio roof delivers on both style and affordability.

The Contempo Patio Roof is a perfect balance between Classico and Moderno. It is designed using aircraft-grade aluminum while featuring injection-molded resin parts, making it both sturdy and fashionable. This combination of materials not only provides strength and durability but also creates a contemporary feel that's perfect for a modern home. Furthermore, the addition of the rust-resistant screws ensures that the patio roof is secure and well-built.

One of the stand-out features of the Contempo Patio Roof is its ability to offer the look of wood framing without the added maintenance. Wooden patio roofs require regular maintenance as they are susceptible to rot and other weather-related damages. However, the Contempo Patio Roof offers the desired look of wood framing without the need for constant maintenance. The materials used to make this patio roof are resistant to UV rays, which means it maintains its look longer and does not require regular painting.

In summary, the Contempo Patio Roof offers little to no maintenance. It does not warp, rot, or crack, making it an excellent investment in both quality and value. The materials used are designed to withstand even the harshest weather conditions and maintain its beautiful look for years to come. If you're looking for an easy-to-install, affordable, sturdy, and stylish patio roof, then the Contempo Patio Roof is the ideal choice.

So, if you're looking for a patio roof that has it all, then the Contempo Patio Roof is the perfect choice.

5 Benefits of Adding a Screen Enclosure to Your Outdoor Space | S&S Design Build

September 24, 2026
If you love spending time outdoors but want a little more comfort, privacy, and protection, a screen enclosure could be the perfect addition to your home. Screen enclosures allow you to enjoy your patio or outdoor living area while creating a more comfortable and functional space for relaxing and entertaining. At S&S Design Build , we specialize in designing and building custom outdoor living spaces throughout Middle Tennessee. Here are five benefits of adding a screen enclosure to your home. 1. Create an Enhanced Outdoor Living Space A screen enclosure can transform an ordinary patio into an inviting outdoor living area. Whether you want a place to enjoy your morning coffee, entertain friends and family, or simply relax after a long day, a screened-in space gives you another area to enjoy at home. Screen enclosures can also be combined with a patio cover, outdoor kitchen, fireplace, comfortable furniture, or other outdoor features to create a space designed around the way you live. 2. Enjoy More Privacy Adding screens can provide additional privacy while you're enjoying your backyard. Instead of feeling completely exposed to neighboring properties, a screened-in porch or patio creates a more enclosed and comfortable environment. With the right design, your outdoor space can feel like a private extension of your home. 3. Add Functionality to Your Home One of the biggest benefits of a screen enclosure is simply being able to use your outdoor space more often. A covered and screened-in patio can provide a comfortable place to sit, dine, entertain, or enjoy the outdoors while keeping the space separated from many of the common nuisances associated with an open patio. For homeowners who already have an existing patio or deck, a screen enclosure can be a great way to get more use out of the space they already have. 4. Create a More Comfortable Outdoor Environment A screen enclosure provides a transition between your indoor and outdoor living areas. When paired with a quality patio cover, it can create a shaded and comfortable place to spend time outside. For homeowners looking for even more flexibility, EZ Breeze windows can turn a screened area into a versatile three-season room. The windows allow you to enjoy fresh air when the weather is nice while giving you the option to close the space when conditions change. 5. Low-Maintenance Outdoor Enjoyment Homeowners want outdoor spaces that are beautiful without requiring constant maintenance. A properly designed screen enclosure can provide a clean, finished appearance while allowing you to enjoy your patio without the upkeep associated with some other outdoor improvements. From simple screened patios to fully customized outdoor living spaces, the design can be tailored to your home and how you want to use it. Build an Outdoor Space You'll Love A screen enclosure can do much more than simply add screens around your patio. It can create a comfortable, functional outdoor living area that gives you another place to enjoy your home. At S&S Design Build , we specialize in creating custom outdoor spaces, including: Screen enclosures Patio covers S unroom Motorized shades Custom decks Paver patios Outdoor fireplaces Concrete patios And more If you're considering a screen enclosure or outdoor living project in Nashville and Middle Tennessee , we'd love to help bring your ideas to life.
